What you pay

Updated 17 Sep 2026

Nothing to claim your profile, nothing to be introduced, nothing to accept. You pay Sussed a fixed fee only when a client we introduced signs a lender's loan offer with you. This page sets out the fee, how we learn that an offer was signed, what happens if you and the client disagree, and how you're invoiced.

The fee

Two prices, set by the size of the loan the client told us about when they sent their request. This is launch pricing.

Loan the client stated Fee when they sign a loan offer
Under $500k $150 + GST
$500k and over $300 + GST

The loan band and the fee are on the card before you accept, and they don't change afterwards, whatever the loan turns out to be.

When nothing is owed

  • Introductions you decline, or don't answer in time.
  • Introductions that never reach a signed loan offer: a pre-approval that lapses, finance that's declined, a client who goes with their bank, goes quiet, or withdraws their request.
  • A client you couldn't reach, marked within seven days of accepting.
  • A loan offer signed more than 12 months after the introduction. The date of signing decides.

How we learn that an offer was signed

Two ways, and both are fine.

  • You tell us. Mark the introduction "They signed a loan offer" on your dashboard, with the date if you have it, and we invoice the fee shown.
  • The client tells us. About six weeks and four months after you accept, we ask the client whether they went ahead. If they say they signed a loan offer with you, your card shows "Client says signed" and we email you. Confirm it there and we invoice the usual fee, nothing more. If you had already closed the introduction as not going ahead, or as couldn't reach them, the same choice appears on your past list.

If you don't answer, or you disagree

  • No answer. After seven days we send a reminder. After 14 days with no answer, you will be billed the original fee, and your profile score may be affected.
  • Dispute. Tell us why the client is wrong, from the card, and we'll investigate. If the client is found to be truthful, the fee applies, plus a penalty fee of 50% of the original fee, and your profile score may be affected. If not, the introduction closes as not going ahead and nothing is owed. Nothing is billed while we look into it.

Invoices

On the 1st of each month we email one GST invoice covering every loan offer signed through Sussed in the month before, one line per introduction, payable by the 20th. There is no card on file and no payment step anywhere on the site.

The invoice goes to the business named in the invoices section of your settings, at the address there. Until you fill that in, it is made out to the licence holder shown on your profile and sent to the address your introductions go to. Each line carries the introduction's reference and the client's initials, never their full name, so the invoice can go to your bookkeeper as it is.

Your past list shows each signed introduction with its fee and, once invoiced, the invoice number. Introductions may be paused while an invoice is overdue.

What you never pay for

There is no subscription, no listing fee, no minimum, and no charge to accept. If you never have a client sign a loan offer through Sussed, you never pay Sussed anything.
