Settings in your account holds four things: where new introductions are sent, where invoices go, the switch that pauses new introductions, and the button that takes your profile off Sussed. If you have claimed more than one profile, each has its own block.
Where new introductions go
- Email. New introductions, the two-working-day check-in results and everything else about a client go to the address you log in with. Enter a different address here if you'd rather they went somewhere else, such as a shared inbox at your firm. Leave it blank to keep using your login address.
Press "Save". A saved address is used from the next introduction on.
Invoices
A fee is due when a client we introduced signs a loan offer (What you pay). We invoice on the 1st of the following month, payable by the 20th. Four optional fields say where that invoice goes; each shows what we use when it's blank.
- Invoice to. The business the invoice is made out to. Blank: the licence holder on your profile, from the public record, with its NZBN.
- Email. Where the invoice is sent. Blank: the address your introductions go to.
- Address. Blank: the licence holder's business address from the public record.
- Your reference. A purchase-order or cost-centre reference, printed on each invoice if you give one.
Press "Save". Changes apply from the next invoice.
Pausing new introductions
"Pause new introductions" stops new requests reaching you without taking your profile down. While paused:
- Your profile and your card in the results stay up, marked "Not taking new clients", and visitors are offered a match with another adviser instead of a request to you.
- Requests we route go to other advisers, and you drop to the second group in results for as long as the pause lasts.
- Introductions you had already accepted are unaffected: finish them and mark how they ended as usual.
"Resume introductions" turns it back on. The "Accepting new clients" tick at the foot of your profile form is the same switch.
Removing your profile
"Remove my profile" takes your listing off Sussed altogether. Leaving Sussed explains what that means and how to come back.
Your login
The address you're signed in as is shown at the top of every account page, with a "Log out" link beside it. There is no password to change. Signing in covers how logging in works.
