That's the queue.
Real ones arrive by email and in your dashboard.
You see all of this before you decide. Accept one and the name and number are released, for nothing.
A name and a number, paid for up front. Whether they pick up, whether they were serious, whether it settles: your problem, not theirs.
A profile with your name on it, in a directory of every registered adviser. One homeowner, one adviser: they chose you, or asked us to match them. You see what they need before you accept, and you pay only if they sign a loan offer with you.
They charge you for every phone number. We charge you when the loan offer is signed.
Every introduction is a homeowner who chose your profile, or asked us to match them. Their details go to you and nobody else.
You see the purpose, area and loan band before you accept. Say no within 24 hours and it costs nothing.
Your register facts, checked and dated, plus what you add: photo, firm, service areas, lenders, disclosure statement. Verified once we've checked it's you.
No subscription, no credit pack, no fee to accept. You only pay when a client you met here signs a lender's loan offer. If they never go ahead, you owe nothing.

Each one arrives anonymised. Accept it and you get their name and number, for nothing. The fee comes only if they sign a loan offer with you.
Your name, firm and licence from the FSPR. Everything else is in your control: profile photo, description, languages, yours to fill.

Tania Whitmore
Whitmore Home Loans · advice under the licence of Southern Advice Group
Nothing to list, nothing to accept, nothing for a client who doesn't go ahead. One fixed fee when a loan offer is signed, set by the size of the loan and shown before you accept.
Launch pricing. Fees exclude GST and are invoiced when the offer is signed.
Claim your profileYour name, FSP number and licence holder are public on the Financial Service Providers Register. We show those facts and nothing else until you claim. You can remove your profile in one click.
Results only show advisers whose listing is switched on, and we switch each one on by hand once we're satisfied the person gives mortgage advice. The claim page searches everyone: find yourself by name or FSP number and claim your profile, which tells us you're a mortgage adviser. The help has a page on the other reasons.
The profile is free, and so is every introduction. You pay a fixed fee only when a client you met through Sussed signs a lender's loan offer: $150 + GST when the loan they told us about is under $500k, $300 + GST when it is $500k or more. The loan band and the fee are shown before you accept.
Then you owe nothing. Pre-approvals that lapse, finance that's declined, people who go quiet: no fee. The fee is due only when a loan offer is signed.
You tell us from your dashboard, or the client tells us when we check in with them. Either way we ask you to confirm, and we invoice you. If you think a client hasn't signed, say so and we look into it.
Decline within 24 hours and it's gone. Declines don't count against you.
No. One adviser at a time. If you decline or don't reply, the homeowner is offered to one other adviser, and they're told.
We check that the person claiming a profile is the adviser the register names, using details published for you and your firm and the register itself. We do it within two working days and don't publish how, so it can't be faked.
Verified advisers who cover the district come first. Within that, advisers with a complete profile who answer requests come before those who don't; advisers on equal footing rotate daily. Reviews and payment don't change the order.
Your register facts with the snapshot date, plus everything you add. No star ratings without a source. Fees are mentioned only if you write a fee note.
No. You're listed under the licence holder the register names for you.
Yes, one switch in your dashboard. Your profile stays up.
You invite past clients by email. Each review is confirmed by the reviewer and labelled as invited. You can reply to a review and flag one, but never hide one.
More questions? The help for advisers goes through claiming, introductions, what you pay, reviews and settings step by step.
Claim it in a few minutes. Introductions are free. You only pay when a client signs a loan offer.
